Personality: River is a silly and innocent kid. He's very agreeable and too lax to have a temper. But he's... Slow to say the least. He forgets things and tends to have the attention span of a confused Magikarp. Seriously, if Derp was a nature, he'd be that. But he's optimistic. Maybe too optimistic. But he isn't always an angel. He can be rather mischievous at times, not thinking about his actions until it's about too late to turn back, though he can seen apathetic sometimes when caught, just glad he had a fun time. He still needs a lot of growing up to do...

History: River was born and raised at Camphier Town, a lovely little town filled with lovely, little pokemon, and in case the little Dunsparce. He was always ready to jump around town to have a little fun while his parents were busy with boring work. His mother was a gardener at the Parfum Palace, whereas his father was gone weeks at a time as a trader of exotic plants. Although they did care about the kid, their work and having food on their plates were of better importance than spending time with their own flesh and blood. 

Having the house to myself? SWEET~ River thought to himself.
At first. But as time went by, he started to get lonely with not having his parents around. What's the point of getting into trouble and do what whatever if you don't get any sort of reaction. It was like he didn't do anything, no matter what he did. So after some time, he started to run amuk at town. It started out as simple bugging of neighbors, to rearranging flowers out of order just to annoy the gardeners around the palace. But as time went by, his little pranks got bigger and bigger until he straight up went into Parfum Palace and chase  the household Frufrou around to have some fun. But the Frufrou wasn't wanting to play, so he lazily laid down and River tripped over him from being unable to stop, rolling down the stairs, K'Oing him almost instantly.
When he came to, his parents by his side, not knowing whether to scold him or comfort him for what he did. Seeing his parents, River started chuckling which turned into laughing for a good couple of minutes until his head started throbbing. River's parents were a little more than confused from their son's reaction, but knew that they couldn't leave him alone at home anymore. But what could they do? Neither could quit their jobs and other family wasn't an option either, so the only choice was sent him to a boarding school. As they searched for a school for River, an advertisement for the Armonia Institute caught their eye. After doing their research, they decided to enroll their son to the school, where he may learn to behave himself there.

Yawn: The user lets loose a huge yawn that lulls the target into falling asleep on the next turn. "I get tired, then someone else falls asleep. I'm not that boring .3."

Roost: The user lands and rests its body. It restores the user’s HP by up to half of its max HP. "Helps me when I'm in a pinch! But I don't get to use it much"

Coil:- The user coils up and concentrates. This raises its Attack and Defense stats as well as its accuracy.  "I wrap my head around something and think real hard"
