Personality/History

Personality: Donnie is a very hyperactive guy, and can't stand sitting around. He's always jumping around doing something, even when he's in class. He's of above average intelligence in a technical standpoint, but he has no common sense at all. No one can decipher his actions as being daring or a dumbass, maybe both? Even with business class, he speaks too fast for his own good, stating what's on his mind even with it. He has no pacience and will get bored easily. Luckily, he's lax with people in general and isn't too quick to judge. He does show reliability and will be a good friend, even with his overactive personality.
